Kris Nordstrom’s latest article on North Carolina education policies highlights the newest report from the Network of Public Education.

It is very much worth the read and his analysis gives further explanation for the the reasons why North Carolina ranks so badly, especially when it has billions in rainy day funds and intentionally ignores the LEANDRO court decision.

Having only slightly better rankings than Arizona and Florida is nothing to brag about.
