TENNESSEE.

Clinton is a small town to the northwest of Knoxville.

This is yet another example of the massive disconnect that this nominee for state superintendent has with public schools in North Carolina.

To use an isolated issue that occurred in another state to prop her own platform in this state is the mark of reactionary candidate whose entire campaign is built on adding gasoline to existing fires and making baseless claims that she alone can douse them.
