What she said in this candidate forum is a little different from what she said in a real time video during her trip to Washington, DC about the January 6th, 2021 insurrection.

“President Trump is still president until the 20th,” Morrow said in the video streamed from her hotel room on the night of January 6, 2021. “So he can still invoke the executive order against voter fraud. And now he has every player that participated in his sights, and they can all be arrested for treason. And if the police won’t do it and the Department of Justice won’t do it, then he will have to enact the Insurrection Act. In which case the Insurrection Act completely puts the Constitution to the side and says, now the military rules all. Okay?

“And let me tell you, President Trump, President Trump has the military on his side because the military and many leaders in the military who love this nation and who love our Constitution and who have put their life on the line to protect the freedoms of people in the United States that they will never meet, they chose President Trump to be their candidate,” she added. “So as long as he invokes the Insurrection Act before the inauguration, then he’s going to be re-inaugurated. He’s going to be put back in.”

It has been reported that Michele Morrow took her own children with her to Washington, DC on January 6th.. As a homeschooling mother, maybe she saw this as a filed trip with historical implications.

But in this video she is literally calling for a military coup of a democratically elected person.

To erroneously call for the invocation of the Insurrection Act in the nation’s capital as part of the group in Washington, DC that was galvanized to attempt a coup as a chaperone for her own children is just more evidence of Morrow’s absolutely unacceptable candidacy.

The fact that this video has “resurfaced” means that she tried to erase it in the first place.

She should answer for this openly as she should answer for other video posts she has made in the past four years because if she does not, then she is showing you she will not confront issues in the future as a public servant or be willing to own her words and actions.

It’s as if she is practicing revisionist history – “If I deleted it, then it didn’t happen.”

But it did.
