Today, President-Elect Donald Trump nominated Dr. Mehmet Oz to oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act.

Might be worth remembering that this happened in April of 2020.

“Schools are a very appetizing opportunity. I just saw a nice piece in The Lancet arguing the opening of schools may only cost us 2 to 3%, in terms of total mortality. Any, you know, any life is a life lost, but … that might be a tradeoff some folks would consider.”
That’s what he said.
I work in a school of around 2400 students and 150 staff members. That would be sacrificing people.
Dr. Oz thinks that would be worth it.
