Sen. Thom Tillis put North Carolina ahead of party when he voted against the procedural measure in the US Senate pushing Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” as it would adversely affect Medicaid coverage millions across the country and North Carolina.

Trump immediately went after Tillis on social media threatening to primary him this coming election cycle. It even caught the eye of one of Tillis’s biggest critics – Minisoldr.

Tillis also announced on Sunday that he would be retiring and not seeking reelection for the Senate which made a vulnerable seat even more vulnerable.

Sen. Tillis knows what that bill would do to so many of his constituents.
One of the biggest fans and cheerleaders of the bill is Sen. Rick Scott of Florida. Do you know what he did before he got into politics? He was the CEO of Columbia/HCA.
That company is rather famous for dubious reasons.
