1. Show that public education is as political an issue as it gets, and
2. Show that public education is vital to the health of a community and country, and
3. Show that no matter if you attended public schools or not, had students in public schools or not, or have students in public schools or not, the strength of a community is closely tied with how it supports its public schools.
