On February 10th, House Bill 87 was initially filed.

The third edition of the bill came a little over a month later with some changes.

AND THEN IT TRANSFORMED INTO SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

Nothing about cell phones in class. But it does talk about this:
